Located 35 miles south of Florida Tech’s Melbourne campus, the Vero Beach Marine Laboratory is offering five days of fun, hands-on learning activities built around seahorses, clownfish, corals, and much more! Campers will enter the world Florida Tech’s aquaculture and conservation biology professionals and leave with a greater understanding and appreciation for marine conservation The camp is open to all students entering 6th through 8th grade.
Participants will conduct fun lab experiments and STEM activities. At the end of each day, campers will also visit other local aquaculture facilities to see how their lessons can be turned into careers.

Tuition is $400
This covers transportation to and from field trips, light snacks, and a t-shirt.

College of Engineering at Florida Tech
A computer will be assigned to every student, so seating is limited to 50 students.
Attendees can arrange for taxi or shuttle service from the Melbourne airport to campus.
